Our Clinic Rules
Our Clinic Rules are as follows:
1. There are two types of treatment in my clinic as per Homeopathic system:-
(A)- Constitutional: – It is ‘Permanent treatment of the patient of whole body in it’s whole extent in same time: – Mental, Physical and Sociological’. In this type of treatment Patient will be treated by ‘Single Medicine, Minimum Dose’, either patient have one or more then one (even unlimited) problem(s)/ disease(s).
(B)- Therapeutical: – It is ‘treatment of only particular part of body/ organ/ tissue/ Cell’ for one or more disease/ problems. In this process, treatment not cover whole body in whole extent like in same time: Mental, Physical and Sociological. By this treatment disease generally may relaps again and again. For example patient’s fever may be relive but patient cannot feel better from mind and may be irritable cross hunger lost etc.
2. There are two types of fees in my clinic (for Fee and Medicine charges please see the Price & Offers page ):-
(A)- First fees (Case-taking fees),
(B)- Follow up fees (Regular fees from second time in every week).
3. First fees and Follow-up fees is valid for every five days only (generally one week) in my clinic.
4. First fees and Follow up fees of “General patient’s and Critical patient’s” are different.
5. If a patient will stop to his/ her treatment in mid without being “Full Cure” from my clinic due to any reason for 90 days and after that he/ she want to again start his/ her treatment, then treatment start as a new case and also ‘Fees’ will be taken as new Case.
6. The Money has been taken for treatment purpose from any patient, will not be refundable in any way and in any condition either from my Clinic, clinic’s Doctor/ Physician, or from any Staff of my clinic.
7. Please does not misbehave nor do any type/ kind of harm with ‘Shreeja Homeo Clinic’, Clinic’s Doctor or Clinic’s any Staff. If done by any Patient or by any person who is related with patient of any type, then the entire loss of money/ material(s), or any type of loss of Clinic, Clinic’s Doctor(s) or of Clinic’s any Staff(s) damage will be responsible for recovery only by concern Patient or Patient’s Guardian.
8. Medicine name that has been given to my any patient (National’s or International’s) cannot be written on prescription ‘Letter Pad’ and also cannot be told to Patient (and also to any person of Patient) in any way/ case/ stage/ or condition(s). It will be disclosed in Jaunpur District Judicial Court and in front of Homeopathic Medical Officer only on the demand of Judiciary.
