Here any one can book my any service(s) for his/ her (for relatives also) suffering/ complain/ or problems in General or medium level condition(s) after consulting to my clinic’s Doctor(s), but if his/ her (for relatives also) suffering/ complain/ or problems in Critical or in advanced stage near about life threatening condition(s) then should-be follow below instructions.
Patient’s Attendant/Caretaker Consent Documentation:
Please do not book to any service(s) from my website for your severe/ fatal disease’s suffering problem without consulting to my Clinic’s Doctor.
